In Emily Mandel's "Station Eleven," Mandel describes society on the verge of collapse. The Georgia Flu has rapidly spread across the country wiping out nearly all the population. This book switches perspectives between characters who were all somehow involved in the life of the central character, Arthur. The book explores his relationships, and how they contributed to the world 20 years later.
